My new beloved BK2 is on its way to Wisconsin. I hated to see her leave, but a good buddy of mine just bought a BK7 and wanted to compare the two side by side. He also builds some really cool kydex stuff, so he will send her home with a brand new sheath. He would only say that the new one will be "Modular". I can't wait and will post pictures when she gets back. Till then, I need lots of Becker pictures on here to help get me through.
 
Absense makes the heart grow fonder, tis true of knife love as well.

Glad to hear you're getting a new sheath though.

Don't worry, it'll be back before you know it.

Get another while it's away. When it gets back tell it, it had a baby sister. Remember it's easier to justify a new knife purchase if you treat it like a new brother or sister than if you treat it like a mistress/lover. Besides thats weird anyway.
 
Losing a dear friend is always a heartbreaker, even if they are just leaving for a few days. But if you know they are going to come back with some goodies, it makes the time away that much more worthwhile :D
