Hey all Lost my victorinox camper last night in the price chopper parking lot.... didn't realize till too late went back and its gone. Heard something drop when I got out of the car but didn't see anything when I looked down. reached in my pocket an hour later and my truty sak was gone. just needed to let it out I guess. thanks for listening share a story or something. Had the gf and our dog in the car and was in a rush so missed what I normally wouldn't have. I guess at least it wasn't an expensive knife but Id only had this one for a month. hope it found a good home. as a twist I found a totally wrecked kabar 1071 buried in my driveway at my new apartment while looking for it. hoping to restore the kabar but it looks hopeless.

That sucks, man. I hate the sudden gut punch I feel when I reach for something and it's not where it should be.

Sorry to hear that man, it's always disheartening to lose one of your favorite tools. I had a leatherman skeletool cx that was a gift from a lady friend of mine that I used everyday at work. I was using it to disassemble a parrot cage for a move before work. Went to work and reached for it to pull off a stuck needle on a syringe and it wasn't there. Came home to find that a mover walked off with it. I miss that little tool a lot.

I just found a real nice one in the price chopper parking lot. lol Sorry had to do it.

I have one set of camo pants that every time I set down the stuff in my pocket slides out. I have lost a couple of neck knives and my flashlight but luckily I have retrieved them at a latter time. A few weeks back I had to take a chair apart to get some of my stuff back.

Sorry to hear for your loss, hope you replace it soon.

I get this.. was wearing cargo shorts... loose pockets on those. never a problem with jeans on.

That sucks! Time to buy a new one. Good luck restoring the KaBar.

I lost my keyring EDC last year. It had some hand made titainum stuff, an Atwood tool and a mini Ti flashlight on it. Since Atwood tools are not "easily" replaceable and in the process of rebuilding the keyfob I lost interest in expensive (relatively) mini tools altogether. Now I only carry a flashlight and basic keys. This made me realize while the passion was there to collect things as a hobby, there are things one can live without. Same thing happened when I was on a business trip to another city where I couldn't carry knives, after a day or so it was no big deal not having a knife on me.
