Lost my sig and mem status ???

  1. How can I confirm or monitor my membership status (level and date) so I'll know when to renew?

    I no longer see it when I click on my Paid Subscriptions in my CP. Also, the only group listed under Group Memberships that I can join is the Bounced Email one. It used to show the one I was subscribed to too.
  2. My signature is no longer displaying and I no longer seem to have the option to add one. What happened?
 
Your paid membership has expired. Click on "Upgrade your forums experience" at the top of the page and sign up for a new one.

You can click on that link at any time and it will tell you the status of your membership (I.e., when it's going to expire).

I guess that's what it looks like, but it isn't the case.

Spark recently prorated my Platinum membership for 6 more months. Here's the thread, http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=765037.

Looks like something might not be quite right though. When I click on the Upgrade your forum experience link, it does not show anything about my membership status, neither its level or date.
 
Spark will need to take a look at it then. Good thing he looks at this subforum pretty regularly.
