Hey guys,
Looking for advice, never had any kind of issues with the USPS, but todays I was suppose to recive by mail a package, just bought a new blade and everything seems to be ok, I was following the tracking as always and when open my parcel locker it was empty , my biggest concern is the USPS is showing it as delivered, anyone knows what to do in this case?

Call your local post office. They will more than likely find it.

Kent do you live in apartments by any chance, or a home ?
If its apartments they may have delivered to the leasing office.

I had them mis-deliver a $300 custom knife that I was reviewing – it wasn't even mine! Tracking number said delivered. Was worried I was going to be on the hook for it. Fortunately the person who received it deposited on my porch a couple of days later. Huge relief!

I've had this happen more than once. Postal workers cut corners just like workers cut corners everywhere else. They scan it "Delivered" but it doesn't show up in my mailbox until a day or two later.

I've been calling and sending emails on the regular because my post office does stuff like this more often than not. Lately it's been "Out for deliver" but doesn't show up for a day or two. Just laziness. Call and bother the manager at your USPS and after a while, they'll get tired of it and give the carriers a kick in the butt.

You're such a lucky guy, hoping I can find mine, is not that expensive but this is really putting me in a bad mod.

Awhile back I received about $1000 worth or more of some guys Christmas presents he sent his family over the holidays, he had typed the wrong address and they were sent to me. I looked for his name on Facebook and every other social media I could find, my girlfriend finally found him through his business on linked in, we found his family and delivered the presents. It was one of the most gratifying things ever, his family didn't even know they were coming, and we still helped him surprise them.

Bladite couldn't handle my signature. So here we are.

I see what you did there...

I have had a couple knives marked delivered on USPS tracking they day before they arrive. I hope it shows up today.

The sooner you call the post office, the sooner the supervisor can speak to the carrier. Wait too long and he'll forget where it might be.

Had this happen with UPS. It said it was "delivered" to my front door at 6pm. I was sitting in my living room looking out my window at 6pm. The truck never came. Called UPS, and then the shipper and they started a claim. Turned out, they delivered it to the wrong house. They tried to go recover it, but did not get it back. Luckily, it was insured and got replaced. It took 3 weeks though.

Lucky me, just recovered my package, I hunted down the mailman and turns out that him delivered it in a wrong parcel locker, this made my day [emoji41].

That was my fear, to have to start a claim and go to the whole process, but luckily I was able to recovered it.
