Lost Survivors On Travel Channel

I watched last weeks episode in the swamp. I enjoyed it. It looked like he was using a Spartan knife of some sort. It looked like a Bill Harsey design.

I like the show :) They explain what and why they do the things they do. I also like the way Ruth actually has shown her skills growing over the course of the shows. They tend to keep just enough drama to please the producers while not getting silly enough to become unwatchable for me :)

I have always liked their shows, partly for the banter between them. They are pretty funny, and if I have to watch 2 people fight like an old married couple, better them than Lundin/Canterbury-Teti. :)

Ha! That's true. I like in the first episode when Ruth spits out the gasoline she thought was water and Hawke says "you usually don't spit." And she give a look into the camera. Funny stuff.

I watched it also. I like Ruth and Myke. They seem like pretty good people.

Got to shake hands and visit with him a bit at one of the conventions. I watched him constantly be interrupted during his attempt to eat lunch but he went out of his way to answer everyone's questions and seemed like an all around good guy. I know that was a brief first impression but many of the folks at the other booths were not so easy to approach.

DocGP, That is cool to know. Not to long ago I read over at Karen Hoods forum that she new both Myke and Ruth Personaly.
Karen had nice things to say about them both.
