Lost two blades

I lost two blades I was working on today, can't find them. Been looking for them for a half hour. Maybe my wife moved them, bet that's it. I hope they turn up soon, they are due the end of the month. Better go look some more. I hate it when this happens. :grumpy:

Wasn't it you who lost a blade a few months back as well and mentioned it on here? Or was that someone else? If this is a habit for you maybe if I can make it out there some day, (always wanted to go to AK) can snatch a knife from your shop. Since having them missing might be fairly common

Never mind, I got them, turns out it it wasn't her again this time. Yeah, that was me a few months ago but I don't mention it every time I lose one, that would be just silly. Anyway, she didn't help me find them (she's at a baby shower or some such) so it's almost like she helped me lose them.. I think I will give myself the rest of the day off, I got six knives fitted with guards today, solder them tomorrow. If any of you guys get up to Fairbanks, stop in and say "Hi", you can help me look for blades.

Sorry to hear of your loss, however, I found my EDC folder today. It has been missing but I knew it was not lost, just waiting for me to move that one special piece and there it was.

I am always misplacing things, worst part is that I know I put them some place I wouldn't forget:grumpy: Right now I am looking for the damascus blade I have ready for HT. Just before my surgery I wiped some oil on it and stuck it in a bubble wrap bag to protect it till I could work on it again. Well I should be able to start in a week or two, just enough time for it to got for HT and make it back, and I can't find the sucker. And with that I just found it, it was tucked up in my scanner Think that's the second time I have done that.
