I hope I posted these pics the right way. I really love this thing. It may be hard to tell from the pics, but Martin Swinkels does just amazing work. This thing is very solid, but not at all bulky. The blade clicks in just like kydex, and doesn't need a retention strap, but at the same time the leather liner protects the satin finish. I can attach and detach every extra piece...teklok,molle clips, etc. very easily with a philips head screwdriver. I can't stop playing with it in all its different configurations. I will have to take more pics of the smaller details, but trust me.....its fantastic. I love the quick release belt dangler, so I can always unclip it if needed. This thing will go with me camping this week, so I will let you guys know how it performs. It took me a very very long time to pick out the style sheath i wanted, and if you ever checked out Martin's blog.....Martinsheaths....then you know how many different setups this guys can do. I had to send it over to the Netherlands though, and yea, i wasn't thrilled about that being i payed so much for the knife. But, all went very smooth, and now i will not hestitate to do it again. As a matter of fact, i will be sending my new Boss Jack to Martin when I get it for something similar, maybe in gray or black this time. And, the price was a bit more than i originally thought, but it was WELL worth the extra pennies. Martin also threw in the tecklok for free. Just a note....i was not asked to say any of this, just wanted to share my personal experience. this guy really is a pleasure to deal with, and even sharpened my knife for me before sending it back to me. Any way, just wanted to share some pics of my new setup, one that will be with me many years.

can anyone open these pics? i don't know why they didn't work. I copied the IMG code into the "insert image" thing on photobucket. Im not that great with uploading pics, in fact this is my first time. IF anyone can get this to work it would really be great or perhaps tell me how so i can try to fix it. thanks again for the help, and thanks for looking.'

Use the box that says IMG in front of it. Copy it from each picture then paste it here.

Wow, what an awesome knife and sheath combo. I love the Old school jacks.

Congrats!

Nice rig and what a beautiful SJ

Hope you're feeling better :)

Yeah, Swinkels makes an awesome sheath, maybe the best out there. I've just never been willing to put a knife in the mail to go over the pond. Maybe one of these days I'll go for it. What was turn around for you and what kind of shipping did you use?

That last pic reminds me of something... I can't quite think of what it is.

Bali, the knife took about 5 days surprisingly to get there, and a couple weeks i had it back. shipped priority.
Squish, hope its not the bracelet?....thats my girl's hand....lol
but thanks everyone...im feeling a lot better, and getting this thing as soon as i got home from the hospital was just awesome. Definitely got me feeling a lot better. Now i just gotta get some pics of me beating her up...coming soon, now that i know how to post pics. i love this knife, and yea, the sheath came out perfect. not bad for my first busse, right? now, the UG and BJ can be added to my list. can't wait to get some more, but this one will remain my favorite i think. I was originally thinking leather, but im obsessed with the kydex/cordura nylon webbing thing, and i like this color, its great for camping/hiking. plus with the leather liner its different than most ive seen. anyway thanks for looking...can't wait to post some pics of me using her

That's pretty  Dave, kind of the best of both worlds in sheaths. And the olive drab is nice also. That is one heck of a first Busse to start with too. Congratulations,

Awesome sheath! I really like the clips on the back.

I hope you appreciate the specialness of the SJ:thumbup:

There's not much that will compare:)
