OK, so i was looking through knifekits.com and i started thinking about all the amazing things i could do to my knives. I was thinking of replacing the handle material on my tenacious with carbon fiber... so first of which, does it void the warranty? second of which would it be worth it? third of which, where can i get moon glow material to put onto my subcom i will be getting in the next few months?

Also on my tenacious the screws on the handle 2 of them wont come off, is there a way to get that taken care of? i think they might be stripped but i cant quite tell. Im more than willing to attach pictures if you need them...

I have also been looking at making my own knives since I've been looking at knifekits.com... is it allowed to make knives with their kits and then sell them for a higher price granted i do more work to them such as blade material, scales etc?

There is also an assisted opening knife on knifekits.com that I'm interested in trying out... has anyone had any experience with this kit? Its only 17$ so i figured what the hell, but i just thought id get some opinions before i go ahead and get it.

Another question since i have my tenacious i saw a bunch of people putting zip ties on the spyderhole to make it sort of waved. is this legal? I have already gone ahead and done it but im still only curious.

I think thats all i have to ask but im not quite sure... but your input is greatly appreciated!

Just remembered the other question!... is there a place i can send my created knives to get serrations put into it? or is there a way to make them myself? if so what kind of tools do i need to get?

1. Replacing parts on the Tenacious will almost certainly void the warranty.
2. Whether or not it's worth it depends on how much you like the knife.
3. I'd ask in the knifemakers section if you want to get your hands on some specific material.

Regarding the kits from Knifekits.com
There are plenty enough businesses out there that run off the idea of modifying something made by someone else, I don't see why you couldn't do it too.

Regarding the ghetto wave, I've never seen a law that addresses the wave function. Just wait another ten or twenty years, then it'll be banned.

I agree on the knife-makers section here, their are some really nice people there, very helpful ;)

if I ever wanted serrations (eww) I would ask one of them to do it.
