Hello friends,
this little knife is made from .12" AEB-L and koa, with 4 stainless steel pins and 1 titanium pin. The sheath is 9oz waxed, veg tan leather, with a supple deer skin lining- designed for iwb static cord carry.

While this knife is far from perfect, I spent an incredible amount of time on it. A lot of that time involved figuring out how to do a tapered tag, (a first for me) and and heirloom fit, (also a first).

I'm very fond of this piece- it feels great and it's light in weight, plus I'm happy with its overall flow. Of course, all the little flaws really get to me, but I have to remind myself that I bit off a lot with this knife and overall, I think it's a success of sorts.

Thank you so much for looking, and please feel free to share your opinions.

Cheers!

Beautiful work, I love it. It reminds me of a Bob Lum Tanto, which is a good thing. Nice material choice too.

I'm a sucker for a good taper. Well done!
thanks! Much appreciated :)
Is this for sale? Well done!
thank you so much, and yes it's available.
Full disclosure; it's not perfect, there are some tiny scratches in the blade finish plus an unfortunate scuff from hand sharpening it. Although I'd love to present a perfect blade, I just don't think I can fix these issues without causing more problems. Add to that I just need to move on and create more knives. If there is someone out there who can live with this knife as is, then they'll be able to have it for less than I was hoping to sell it for.
