Hello friends,
this little knife is made from .12" AEB-L and koa, with 4 stainless steel pins and 1 titanium pin. The sheath is 9oz waxed, veg tan leather, with a supple deer skin lining- designed for iwb static cord carry.

While this knife is far from perfect, I spent an incredible amount of time on it. A lot of that time involved figuring out how to do a tapered tag, (a first for me) and and heirloom fit, (also a first).

I'm very fond of this piece- it feels great and it's light in weight, plus I'm happy with its overall flow. Of course, all the little flaws really get to me, but I have to remind myself that I bit off a lot with this knife and overall, I think it's a success of sorts.

Thank you so much for looking, and please feel free to share your opinions.

Cheers!

That handle is Gorgeous, makes ya just wanna Grab/Hold it!
thanks so much! The handle is very nice, if I do say so myself- although I can't take credit for the beauty that Mother Nature imbued into the wood. It's got a nice, warm feel, and I personally like the feel of the heirloom fit as it provides a good index for the edge without being obtrusive

It's finished with a great many thin applications of tung oil, and finishing coats of Axe Wax so it's well sealed

I also should have mentioned that the koa is laminated to vulcanized fiber liners

That looks great. I don't know what flaws you're talking about, I would be very proud to own that. Thanks for sharing.

No more knife shows for me….9 years since my last Blade, 6 years since any at all….I’m all done traveling.

That is sweeeeeet.
Handle looks like it would be comfortable in any grip. Really like the blade profile too.
