Louisiana balisong laws

I was just curious what the restrictions are on Balisongs in Louisiana. Two paragraphs I'm concerned about are:

Illegal carrying of weapons is:
(1) The intentional concealment of any firearm, or other instrumentality customarily used or intended for probable use as a dangerous weapon, on one's person; or
(4) The manufacture, ownership, possession, custody or use of any switchblade knife, spring knife or other knife or similar instrument having a blade which may be automatically unfolded or extended from a handle by the manipulation of a button, switch, latch or similar contrivance.

I'd have no problem carrying my Balisong on my belt (paragraph 1) -- but I'm not sure if paragraph 4 makes them totally illegal.

Any comments?

Edit: I was at the mall today, and I saw a little knife shop. Among the selection were 2 Tach Balisongs for $20 something each. I asked him about them and he confirmed their legallity... and I guess if you're selling them in public you should know about that kinda thing.
