I did a post 4 or 5 years ago about knifemakers from Louisiana. I have compiled a list of past and present Louisiana makers, so far I am up to 89 (and it seems like it grows daily). I currently only have 18 LA. makers in my collection and hope to add more over time, so I wanted to share what I got.

If you have a LA maker and wanna show it off or possibly sell, post in the comments.

Thanks John. It is a pretty sweet little knife. By the way, sent you an email about one of yours

I live in NOLA and can’t belive makers down here aren’t using stainless exclusively. I understand the sharpness capabilities and whatnot if carbon steels, but it is so humid here my knives rust very quickly. I made my first few knives from O1 and they were rusting just sitting in my truck. I basically only use titanium and AEBL now. I do love to see local craftsmanship. Thanks for the post.

Chugger, I don’t have any for sale at this time but you can check back on my site from time to time. The site mainly shows my collection but there is a For Sale page on it.
