Living where I do (which sucks.....) I don't get to use my knives as much as I want (the reason why where I live sucks......), so, I been doing some serious fondling lately. Of my knives, ya pervs. :D

I picked out a few to play with. (Oh, and sorry for the shitty pics, ya'll will live, I'm sure. :D)













The clip, it would seems, lives on. Hell yeah.........



Not sure what breeding these two will get me, but, eh, who cares, it'll be fun to watch. :D

I've always leaned more toward drop or spear point, but I do love the clip points in the Kabars and Beckers.
 
Always have been a big fan of clip points. In my opinion the just make sense, and they are probably one of the most widely made/used blade shape with drop point coming in right along side.
An KA-BAR does the clip o so well.




That is a nice representation of KA-BAR clips you got there Moose.

Making me drool over a few of them....

Naw, I don't mod these. I don't even strip the coating.

I think they are perfect, just the way they are.

I usually go for drop points, but what knife guy doesn't have a classic Ka-Bar USMC fighting/utility knife?

That's because it's not released yet. The only ones out there were given away by Ka-Bar for participation in a thread recently.
 
The kabar 1117, I almost jazzed my pants when I just saw it, another must have knife cause I have a USMC fighter that needs a little buddy. Also a thought came to me almost right at first glance, that would be the most wicked blade for a new kabar folding knife!!!
 
Yup, do love the classic Ka-bar clip point. My 1245 Tanto was my favorite, though...
