One of the reasons I enjoy this time of the year so much is that Connie is always trying out new treat recipes, and I get to be the guinea pig and try them all out!

Here are "Elf Hats", made using either caramel or chocolate Bugles filled with cream cheese and topped with an M&M.

These are "Mini Cheesecakes" made with little pie crusts filled with cream cheese and topped with blueberry pie filling or chocolate.

Yum Yum!
The elf hats are cute.
Didn't Connie make little mice out of Kisses last year?

here are the mice, they are easy to make. Get some Hershey Kisses, some cherries with stems, some chocolate to melt, some almond slices, and some of those little tubes of decorating frosting. Melt the chocolate, dip the cherries, and stick them to a Kiss. Dip the end of the almond slice in chocolate, and stick them to the back of the Kiss for the ears. Use the tube of frosting to add the eyes and nose, and presto, chocolate mice If you have kids they will love to make these.
