With the H1 Spyderhawk out, a smaller hawkbill otw and a love for my Tasmans and Byrd Crossbill. Spyderco Hawkbills are all great.

But I'm ready for my Spydie blades to start curving the Other direction...Bring on the next Generation of Ed Schempp Full-size PERSIAN.

There is talk of a hawkbill ladybug in the works as well !!!!!! I hope it goes into production

I've been preaching Spyderco Hawkbills for about 4 to 5 years now. My holy-grail EDC Hawkbill is my precious G-10, ATS-55 Harpy. I've been beat up financially this summer but I am going to make my way to get a couple of the H-1 Spyderhawks. I can't wait.

Every one of Spyderco's Hawkbills are highly functional and made with superior quality. Now's The Time For A New HAWKBILL!!

I carry a discontinued FRN Clipit fully serrated Merlin for most of my daily cutting chores.

Hey brother the Merlin is a great workhorse Hawkbill blade. It's a great, practical Hawkbill blade for hard work and for work in very harsh environments. Also the plain edge Merlins are a lot easier to find than plain edged Harpys are.

The Tasman which I dearly adore is basically a Merlin with H-1 blade steel. I truly predict that the H-1 Spyderhawk will accelerate sales of all of Spyderco's great Hawkbills.

The Hawkbill blade is truly misunderstood my by the mainstream public. Most people have little idea of how useful and handy these great blades are. Not to mention their great self defense potential.
