Hi guys !

I want to share with you all one of my favoured knives; no gold, no diamonds, no mechanical heart, no engraving but ..... Great Design !! Charm !!
The boot is practically in new condition , never sharpened , just the old patina, with very crisp Logo and it is marked 222RR ... my initials !! ...by sheer coincidence, because made for Ram Rod Knife & Guns Shop in New Castle-Indiana. It should be done end 1970 or 1971-72, the time S.R.Johnson started at Bob's shop..
The deep round grinded blade and the bird head butt in Lawndale style give an incredibile look, an old days charm.
I was lucky to find it ! Sorry for the pics but, double edges are so hard to take of !?

Ciao
Rino

Perhaps it could be possible do date more precisely, I mean with the serial no. 222 RR,comparing with other pieces you maybe own... I think here on Dave large collection mainly .... ?

Who knows ?

Sorry Rino, usually the numbers are meaningless, looks like a later Lawndale piece so probably late 60's
