Loveless Shop to be auctioned on April 27th

It was posted on Jim Merritt's Facebook that the Loveless Shop will be auctioned.
Supposedly John Wilson was going to keep the shop running. Does anyone know what happened? Any thoughts about that?

Does that mean that the Loveless trademark is being sold? Don't know anything about the shop or an auction.

The shop went to Jim's estate. The trademark is owned by Bob's nephew-in-law or something like that. He has supposedly kept making knives against the Merritt families wishes.

I am aware of that. After Bobs passing, Jim Merritt continued making knives under the Loveless Trademark, BUT, in those knives you can read "R.W. Loveless KNIVES", instead of "R.W. Loveless MAKER". In fact, I own one. Then Jim passed away and a post was made announcing the shop will carry on. Now it seems it will not.
