After a bit of time away from the grinder...I think I've made two in as many years...it seems that the knifemaking bug has bitten me again.

As soon as I get new steel and grinding belts, this pattern is the one I always reach for.

Anyway...here it is.

3 3/4" 0-1 blade, 8 1/4" overall.
304 stainless fittings and Desert Ironwood handle.

No black leather for this. I don't use much black leather dye at all to be honest, unless the knife has a black handle...although it has come in handy before when I've got grubby fingerprints on a nice clean piece of tan leather!
