Loveless Style Dropped Hunter.

Well, finally got one finished.

This is a Loveless style Dropped Hunter in 12C27 at 60HRC hollow ground on a 10" wheel. Heat treatment courtesy of Mr Guy Stainthorp.

Blade is 3 3/4" overall length is 8 3/8".

Handle is Desert Ironwood with 0.5mm G10 liners, fittings are 303 stainless.

Here's a couple of closer shots of the Desert Ironwood. To be honest, my photos don't really do it justice.

Believe it or not, I've actually got two knives finished.

Loveless style Caper Finn (as you probably guessed from the title

)

4" 12C27 blade, hollow ground on a 10" wheel. Heat treated by Guy Stainthorp to 60 HRC.

Overall length is 8 1/2".

Handle is Ivory Linen Micarta with 0.5mm red G10 liners.
