Just finished these two up.

They are both built to customer specs and S30V stainless heat treated by Roger Linger. The large loveless kitchen knife has a brass gaurd and pins, double dyed box elder burl stabilized handle, tappered tang and red linner. The other is a customer designed parring knife, also S30V, stainless pins and bead blasted black linnen mycarta handle with thumb and forefinger grips filed into the blade.

The loveless kitchen knife is 10 3/4" long with 6" blade, flat ground from 1/8" stock.

The parring knife is 7 3/8" long with a 3 3/4" blade.

The parring knife was taken to 400 grit then bead blasted.

Thanks Guys, don't know what the deal is, but a year ago I couldnt' give a kitchen knife away, but now I'm getting orders for them, and not from the ladies, but the guys!?

I honestly don't know much about kitchen knives. The ones I have, all have high handles so I can get the blade down on a cutting board. I sure like the way these ones look.
