Hi Folks,

Just wanted to share my recent experiences with CRK customer service...

I have a full-size standard Sebenza. I regularly take it apart to clean and lube it. Somehow I managed to lose one of the three screws that holds the thing together. (It was the one next to the pivot.) I'm thinking maybe I didn't tighten it properly and it managed to work its way out w/o me noticing it.

Anyay, I contacted CRK and spoke to a very nice lady there. She got a few specifics from me about the style of knife, etc., and mailed me out a replacement screw immediately.

And they refused to charge me anything for this!

I've not yet had to deal with CRK customer service for any sort of problem, but I can certainly attest that any time I do contact them about ordering or availability or with general questions they are always EXTREMELY polite and professional.

That goes a long way with me.
