I just put an order in with NGK for this beautiful SE snakewood Loveless City Knife. It should be very sheeple-friendly here at the publishing house where I work.

Yeah, I always liked the city knife. Very well done. Unfortunately, I never had much use for a slip joint. I have my SAKs for that.

But it's so pointy! (sheeple gasp)

Nice choice. I tried the Dodo (well, it has a short blade, it does), now I'm trying a Fallkniven U2.

But be forewarned, it appears some sheeple would think a plastic butter knife is too much.

Excellent choice! My City Knife is in my pocket right now. I wanted one for the exact same reason you stated; sheeple friendly. I ended up getting the 'plain jane' green canvas micarta handle because it was marked waaay down. Perfect fit and finish on mine and I'm sure yours will be the same. :)

Nice looking knife; let us know what you think after you get it.

Lately i have been eyeing the Benchmade 332 A.G. Russell model and Jeff Hall's Nemesis Imp and a nice go to college knife.

I really would like to hear what you think of your Loveless City knife.

The City Knife is awesome. It's one of my most carried knives. It definitely is sheeple friendly, yet still large enough to be useful. The design is absolutely gorgeous. A perfect gentleman's knife. For such a long slipjoint, it carries remarkably well in your pocket.

It even cleans brook trout nicely.

Isn't 'lovely Loveless' a pleonasm? :)
I have the Classic Utility FB of the same LW line...
never thought green micarta could be that brown...
found the grip a bit too bulgy, but otherwise, the imitation of pure perfection.
