Well guy as you may know I recently purchased a buck 119 to take hunting with me. Well so far I have been extremly impressed in both the sheath, the overall knife, the warrenty, and the fact it was shaving sharp right out of the box. Well I know its not much but I used it for the first time! I used it took cut up my steak! It sliced right through it with authority:) Overall very impressed it should serve me well.

But I have one question? How well does it sharpen up on a stone?

I have one question: was the steak tender??? Was it red and juicy??? Did you cook it over an open wood fire??? Were the juices running out??? Please don't tell me you put any wussy sauce or flavoring except salt on it... :p

Hmmmm...I think it must be close to suppertime...

(And a baked potato...with cream cheese...and maybe some chives)... :o

I got a 119 last year and used it to clean some deer with it.I got a small
chip or nick in the blade cutting through the sternum. It came out with almost no effort on a medium stone.Sharp and no chip or nick left at all.I think you will like it.
