I've had two pass through my hands, and I kept the poorer flipper for myself (the gf has the other one).
It's a small, light blade with a relatively soft detent - accept that, and treat it accordingly. Both of these flip well without any wrist action.
I've found that "lightswitch" flipping mine can be sporadic (there's a technique that works consistently...when I remember to use it). I've found that mine flips better as a "pushbutton" (using the tip of the finger, not the pad). Flipping it like a Hinderer - an older Hinderer, that is - works pretty well, too.
I've found that when mine starts to flip poorly, it just needs to be cleaned. Flush it out with hot water, blow it dry, add a little lube, and it's good to go again.
