Loving that Latham Reservoir

Well I went out again today on Latham and it was an ideal day. Calm, not too hot, and fish active all over the surface. The lake was like glass. I couldn't resist stopping right in the middle and throwing some topwater. No luck though, so I headed for the grassy areas. I immediately started catching fish. Several bass, including one that I consider not too bad, and a few sunfish. I released them, but it was super fun. Then I moved across a larger cove, and caught a couple small ones on surface stuff on the way. Great day.

When I was younger I used to enjoy fishing quite a bit but I haven't done much of it lately.
