Ya know...having an affinity for both tactical knives and ones that will actually function well in the bush I am really liking some of the new SOGs...of course I like the older ones too but still.

Here are a few shots I took of working with a Creed today. It's a bit different than the SOG knives I'm used to but I love how this thing handles. I should have the review up in the W&SS section tomorrow night.

Its nice to see the Creed put through its paces. Its a shame that it doesnt seem to be a very popular knife as I really like the blade shape and I like to see SOG take on some designs that are a departure from the "seal" lineup. If it were a couple inches longer I think it would be a great dedicated heavy woods blade.

I am really close to picking up an Agency in black TiNi. It just looks beautiful and I love the blade shape. I never had the chance to pick up one of the older Recon Bowies and I love the new interpretation of it.

Thanks man. Yeah, I'm glad to see them explore new areas and yet maintain some old knowledge.

This thing has a 7.5 inch blade but the balance point is forward of the hand guard and it chops amazingly well for it's size. Those are American Black Walnut limbs that I chopped and split and it did both with little effort at all and still shaves easily.

The Agency is a work of art, I love the feel and flow in the hand.

It really is a good user, I look forward to getting it out some more. You should handle one and check the feel if there is a dealer near you.
