Low profile edc folding knife suggestions?

I was hoping you guys might be able to help me choose a new edc knife. I have a few details that I'm searching for.

Low-profile/deep-carry pocket clip
Around a 3 inch blade, fine edge
Drop point or something similar; not tanto
Thin and lightweight (I carry a Kershaw Leek currently and I like the sleekness)
One handed opening and closing (framelock, axis, or something similar; not lockback)
Looking to spend under $100

Bonus criteria:
I've always liked black knives, or at least knives with the same color handle and blade
Assisted opening with a finger flipper

Any recommendations, suggestions or tips are much appreciated.

maybe a Sog Flash II? It comes in all sorts of colors and blade style, assisted and deep carry clip

I've looked at some SOG knives and really liked the look of the Visionary I but it's pretty pricey for no assisted opening or flipper. I also liked the looks of the Kershaw Cryo.

The Benchmade Sequel is nice but I really am looking for a low-rider pocket clip.

I just bought the BM 556 Minigrip with a plain edge, 154CM steel, thumb stud and with the Axis lock. I love the thing to death. It fits all the criteria you asked. It's very suitable for EDC pocket carry and heavy use. You can go to the BM site and customize a minigrip for $115. Base price, no matter what colors you have, you said you wanted it black and matching.. It's more for different steel though.. 154CM is included in the base price, but it is some good stuff. Just adding my opinion in the bucket.

CRKT Ripple comes to mind. It's not black blade (which is a plus to me) but otherwise fits your description pretty well.
Crkt Heiho also worth cosidering
Kershaw Cryo - probably the best option.

A Spyderco sage would fit most of your criteria. Great all around EDC

There is a ton of awesome Spyderco designs but they are not assisted nor flipers and some are on the expensive side. Other from that i would recommend some Spyderco as well :)

Why not a composite leek?, or Benchmade 300SN though the 300SN is pretty thick

You can get a Ti deep carry clip from USAknifemaker that will fit Benchmades regular 3-screw clip.

Kershaw Knockout is nice.

Sage 1 if you can get over it not having a flipper. Honestly, I think this is the knife for you.

Take a look at the BM 707 Sequel which is a nice upgrade from the griptillian. Also look at the Bradley Alias 2. Both of these have blades right at 3", very thin profile, at 3oz or less, and outstanding knives that meet your posted requirements.

Kershaw Cryo sounds exactly like you're knife.

With a Bemchmade Mini Grip for reference.
