I know this has been discussed before and virtually no one makes a low rider clip for the XM-18's. Could someone with mad heating and bending skilz not bend a stock clip backwards and make a low rider clip? It looks like it would work if bent properly. Surely I'm not the first one to think of this.

Perhaps look into the following. Insert a Hinderer filler tab. Source a ZT 0560/0561 clip. Source longer but properly threaded screws. Install and see if it fits your wants. I prefer the XM clips, even on my ZTs. But if I had to go the other way I'd stonewash a ZT clip and do as I typed.

There is a seller on ebay that makes them. Just type in Hinderer Pocket clips and you will find one.

You'd have a hard time accessing the screws if all you did was bend it over while still allowing it to fit properly in the recess. You'd have to put in multiple bends to allow screw access or modify the clip.

I either use the clip the way it was designed (which has very good retention) or if I want to be more discrete, I insert the knife into my pocket.

Really poor etiquette endorsing someone that is violating RHK intellectual property and trademarks within the manufacturer's paid forum.
