low rider pocket clips for fixed blades?

Im thinking about getting a knife like the RAT Izula neck knife, or the Becker Necker (whenever kabar decides to release it)

Problem is, in the summer, im a "white t-shirt and shorts" kinda guy that really cant have a necker showing through a tshirt or have a big ol blade on my belt. I need to be able to carry this thing in a pocket, but my pockets are already loaded with my EDC stuff and the knife i have right now (delica) sits off to the side out of the wy of everything via a pocket clip.

I was just wondering if there is any way to get a necker type of fixed blade knife to be pocket clipped and yet only have like an inch or so sticking out over the lip of the pocket...

You could have a kydex or leather pocket sheath custom made for it. A pocket sheath will be large enough to sit in your pocket firmly and not rotate around so that the handle will always be ready for drawing.
