I have a cqc10 with a serial number 016
will this be more collectable in the future??
what is the value of a low serial number??

i would say if it was 001, 007, something like that ya could get a premium from collectors, its been my experience that low serial number knifes not no's 1, 007, some # popular w/collectors the knife would only have a small premium if any.

also the emerson specwar logo looks different than any other knife I have, it is the same but less fine and black and looks more etched. I can't get good pitures of it. (satin finish btw)

I have a cqc-7b BTS from 1999 with the serial# 20 that I paid about twice what one would cost. I've often wondered if I paid too much. At the time I thought it would be a highly collectable knife. But now I don't know. Anybody know about that one?

If the number have special meaning to you, I think it would be fine. However, the price in market will depend on whether the number will have special mean to others or not. For me, CQC 7 with 007 or 700 will be good, but others may not think so.

again, if ya find someone that "20" appeals to for 1 reason/another, it may bring a small premium over another CQC7 but the key word is "small",

IIRC someone was buying all the MT OTF autos with the number "24" turned out they were for keiffer sutherland of "24" fame, so diff numbers appeal to diff people for diff reasons.

The #247 CQC7A you just sold me turned out to be worth $1000. Just kidding of course, the knife's perfect. Thanks GB
