I've started using Lowa Seeker boots this summer.

http://best4forst.eu/shop/article_42203.38/LOWA-Seeker-GTX.html?shop_param=cid=101&aid=42203.38&

Those are very light weight boots with pretty hight shaft.

I like the light weight / high shaft combo, but the ones I have are slightly too large and the boot is by design somewhat squeaky (actually you have to adjust the tongue correctly).

The model is being phased out so it somewhat diffcult to get replacement and I don't mind trying something else similar.

Looking for light weight pretty high shaft boots

"Civilian" brown/subdue color prefered.
Price range about $150-200 max.
Originally intended to use 3 seasons / hot weather.
Goretex is not mandatory quick drying is a plus.
Any suggestion?

The Kayland boots are the most comfortable, and have the most support, of any boots I have tried. They fit my flat feet like a glove.
