I was perusing the selection of cutlery offered by my local Lowe's Home Improvements warehouse, and I came across this page (read the description)http://www.lowes.com/Lowes/product/productdetail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=57088-000010724-455FX/2617

I hope they sell first aid kits too!

Are you refering to the "Mini Protegee Lick-It knife"?
I would say something about the spelling except you know what Jesus said in the good book,"let he who is without sin cast the first stone". And i guarantee you that when it comes to spelling, i am a sinner! ;-)
