Went to the local used tool store and found an awesome old sharpening stone for 5 bucks. This stone is mounted in a cedar box, it's pretty heavy compared to other stones. It appears to be quite old from looking at the box and whats visible of the label. I can only make out the name 'Bear Creek' in what looks to be 1950's or 60's style script. There is absolutely NO wear spot in this stone at all. A couple of quick strokes per side and my edc and my AK were spine shivering sharp. Easily the best stone I have ever used. Would anyone know anything about this stone or 'Bear Creek'?
Thanks,
Rick
