After searching for past threads, I did not see anything current for garment bags to transport suits through current air travel hurdles (TSA, weight and size restrictions, rough baggage handling, etc.).
I have been looking at the fold up "carry on" wheeled bags to hold one or two suits and some "everyday" wear for short trips and the larger roller garment bags, after all who wants to carry a heavy bag though the airport these days?
In the past I would use my TravelPro Platinum rollerboards but, they don't really work that well if I need more then two suits. Also, if I only have one or two suits I really want something I can "carry on".
Looking at the various offerings from local shops, I'm really less informed now then when I started. What do you get in the $200 vs $400 vs $600 price range bags? I don't really want to overpay or overbuy but, I also want a bag that won't fail on me due to bad weather, rough baggage handling, etc., without going to the extreme (no hard sided aluminum bags for example).
