Lum Chinese Folder, only one washer?

I just received a Carbon Fiber Lum Chinese folder in a trade and noticed that there is only one Teflon washer on the clip side. The blade is perfectly centered, but the action is rather stiff with just one washer.

Is this normal for the design? Has anyone tried to put in another washer to smooth out the action, is there space for another washer?

Many thanks!

The carbon Lum has a Teflon washer on one side and a thin phosphor bronze washer on the other. Just looks like there is no washer due to its thickness.(or thinness)

Thank you for the clarification, I'll double check.

You were correct. There is indeed a phosphor bronze washer on the non-clip side. It is without question the thinnest washer I have ever seen.

With some oil in the pivot this knife is extremely smooth.
