Luminox Question?

Okay I've had a luminox for a little while now (like 6 months or more) and recently my bezel strted sticking, I can barely turn it at all. I work around PVC glue and silicone cauk (sp?) I may have gotten some under the bezel (if that's possible) any ideas on fixing this problem? Am I forgetting the obvious solution (or hell even the obvious problem)? Thanks in advance guys.
