Luminox Watch Face Color????

Which one do you perfer and why. I am thinking about getting myself one of these if I get cash for christmas and can't really decide on face color. I'vwe ruled out creme, white, and orange.

Yellow's probably the easiest to read in the daytime. Black's pretty cool, and goes with everything.

Yeah those are actually the two colors I'm having the biggest trouble decideing between right now.

I love my black one. It is classy looking and is very easy to read in the day time. Can't go wrong matching clothes with it either... ;-)

YELLOW. Easy to read in bright sun light,in dim light and when diving (yellow starts to fade to a cream white as you go deeper so you can still read the time easily in dim light when it's still not dark enough for the taser to kick in.) Easy to spot watch on table, etc where you last left it when you took it off. Sexy fashion statement. This a no brainer. Weldonk

Hmm... Interesting. Mine seems to have the military hour markers in addition to the standard 12....

When did you get yours? I got mine a couple of months ago. FWIW, here's a link to the Swiss website for the company. Note the face style is like mine...

Also click on the "click here" javascript that's blinking under the picture. It pops up a window where you can get a better look at the watch's face...

I bought mine almost 2 years ago in some Middle Eastern country, either Baharain or Jebel Ali(Gerbil Alley), UAE.
 
I suspect that you have the older style face. Your's looks like the ones pictured in my old Brigade Quartermasters catalogs...
 
Wow, that's friggin weird. 15 year old thread and literally just picked up one today from my uncle. Yellow face, I dig it so far, surprised how light they are.

Sweet, a 15 year old Bump! I like the orange myself. I don't own a Luminox and after so many horrible reviews and hearing about their warranty hassles, I don't think. I would ever buy one. Shame because I think they have a really nice and clean look to them. Instead, I'd buy a Reactor Trident or something from Nite.
