The title pretty much says it all. I'm looking for a cutting board/cutter kit small enought to fit into a lunch box. Cutting up my lunch without it tends to be a messy prospect. Use a steno pad as a rough size guide for what I'm looking for.

Can't link to it, but if you enter "Good Cook Mini Flexible Chopping Mat" into your search engine of choice, it should yield some results.

Did you want a fixed blade or folder? Folding options could be AG Russell Hocho, Boker Magnum Outdoor Cuisine, Titan folder, Bladetech ULU, Spyderco Catcherman, Yojimbo 2, Junor, PPT

Check out REI or similar sporting goods outlet for a thin roll-up cutting board, basically a tough thin plastic sheet. Easy to pack (roll it up), stick it in the dishwasher to clean.

Personally I use a tiny Epicurean cutting board and a (discontinued) CS K4 Neck Knife. :)

I use a 3" x 3" x-acto cutting mat to cut tobacco plugs, something like that should work for you. Cheap & thin.

-Or, you can just use a scrap plank cut to your desired size.
