Lunde....You are inspiring! thanks

We've talked only once about another subject but I can't thank you enough for the pics you take.

Guys pay close attention to this Hog. His techniques and contrast etc.
It will make a world of difference in your pics.

Just by paying attention to his shots you too can get great results even with a 2.0Meg camera on the right day with a little luck.

It's pure INFI baby and its the Harley prototype. Secret stuff. Boss didn't know I took it other night after we finished a bottle of Blue Label. So SHHHH! Don't let him know I got it.

Just wanted to show you boys whats coming .....Next offering from Busse Combat![/B]

thanks for blowin it up. Please show me how to do that!!

You just have to bracket the URL for the photo with the right code. Check your original post, I did one for you.

They don't call him the Phot-HOG-rapher for nuttin'.

Great pics:thumbup:

I have that exact same D'Holder...same osaic(s/p?) spacers, amber, and engraving by his wife. Is yours the Natchez Hunter Blade?

Have a few of his knives with Bruce Shaw engraving.

sWEET !

Hogs are legenday for knowing quality well before the pack!! Especially, GA bred HOGS!

If you flip mine over its the 40th Anniversary knife by D with only 40 being made. Your absolutely right it's the Natchez model.

Considering that a Randall 5oth Ann brings $3500-$4500 with 300 being made, I think these will one day be off the chart.

But it's one day cause it aint today. She's not forsale-kinda the deal made with D to the 40 that got em. HHMM? I think there may be some Busse's like that too.

Hopefully get to leave it to my son.

Awesome blades, and outstanding photos!:thumbup:

If I was truly an inspiration, that makes me pleased and honored. Affecting the world in a positive way is always a good thing. :D

That is a fact!

I was lucky with recent snow it was foggy and overcast today and was able to get good lighting most of the day.

All my old pics I used a deer skin to put knives on and they STINK in a comparison!

Well I thought they were good till I saw your stuff. The blue satin was killler with ASH-1. I had lot of different pics I wanted to get with lighting so I went with the white for transitions. It almost like they are laying in snow, but they're not.

Anyway when I put em on slide show I lost my cookies and started screaming for wife to come look.

Thanks Lunde for your complements. I would love to see more of your set ups and variations in the future and please keep the pics coming like only you can -HOG Style!

Man, this is the first time I tried to take a pic of these shiney blades. They look like crap, but you can kinda see them:o
The reverse S, banded onyx with the Bruce Shaw engraving is the one I still have people wanting to buy. Didn't make many reverse S and very few with the hard to work with onyx.
Wolf is my Daughter's fav thing to collect and the Ram is her birth sign so these might as well be hers already

I have two complaints with Lunde's pics: First, I'm embarassed/intimidated to post my crappy pics :D and second (aligned with Tyrkon's comment) -- I wanna buy whatever he's showing off. Really clean work.

I always appreciate constructive critisism. Thanks. I am always trying to find ways to improve my photos, and one reason I date my photos on my Wallpaper Page is so that I can (hopefully) see improvement over time.

Oh, and in anticipation of improved photos, I suggest that you get a second (or third) job to handle the additional expenses you're likely to incur at Busse Combat proper or BCS. ;)

Inspiring you are. After seeing your pics of a few Randall knives a while back, I had to open the safe and fondle a few of mine. I pulled out my model 16 that I had for a few years and noticed it was still new and pristine. I start to feel guilty having a non user, so I did what came natural, I put a razor sharp edge on it and delivered it to a good friend to send it to his son.

His son is on his second tour in Iraq as an Army sniper. I am sure he can put it to a lot better use than I could just having it sit in my safe. Of course, my wife thought it would be a good idea to fill the empty spot in the safe with a nice ASH-1, but i can guarantee that it will not be a safe queen.

Take care, Dave

Excellent first post! I am glad to hear that your Model 16 will soon be in the hands of someone who can use it, and that you will be enjoying an ASH1.:thumbup:
