Lurking Grasshoppa

We have a Grasshoppa that is always here that hasn't introduced himself. He was over yesterday making up some damascus and showing us his new work. His name is Jay Mulcahy. Step to the plate dude. :D :D
 
Let me welcome you in advance Jay and don't worry, we won't hold the fact that IG introduced you, against you! :D :footinmou

Hi everyone, I have been a longtime lurker trying to figure out this knifemaking. I.G. has now ratted me out! I've never posted on any forums anywhere, and my debut comes at the hand of I.G. Ca'nt say enough about I.G. and the rest of the gang at NECKA, they are the best. I'll try to post from time to time just to keep my Portagee friend from New Beige on the up and up.
 
welcome in Jay. like he said not enough good can be said about having IG as a teacher. hanging around him otherwise is a little tough. but he's a damn good teacher. so all of you new england newbies out there, get going and join NECKA!

IG, it isn't so much the grammer, but, your Grasshoppa is absolutely right about being associated with you :eek: :eek:

Wanted to make it over Saturday but the old "Honey Do" list was pretty long,,,,as a matter of fact it still is :)

Welcome, Jay. Sorry you had to have your "first time" with IG. You are really in trouble now! Did he make you eat that dang relish? :D
 
Welcome, Jay. What can I add about ol' IG that has't been said? Ol' IG is onerier than they normally are, but with a heart of gold. Must be the relish and the cheap beer. IG carries a big stick and can throw road rockets like nobody's business! I heard that one time he was in the brew and was petting his cat. The thing was, his cat was gone and he was petting a skunk. He was wondering who painted that white stripe on his cat's back and why in the world his fire smelled like a burning manure spreader and 10 flaming truck tires. Helen locked him out for the rest of the night, so he just curled up with the "kitty" for the night. Dang little hairy rascal struggled all night to get loose from under IG's arm. IG would just haul off and smack it once in a while, to make the rascal settle down. All he remembered the next morning was that awful smell and wondered why he was all scratched up and where the heck was that danged cat.

Got to get bigger dogs or wrap up the roadrockets that I have for more of a ballistic affect. :D
Jay have been kurking around for at least 2 years.

Hey George, how quickly we forget! Do'nt you recall the first hammer in I attended and you so graciously offered me some nice homemade relish? You got me good. The best is still the little old man at the knife show. Got one taste of the heat treat relish and got so puckered up he looked like the Mummy!

OH Yeah!! I did get you. That poor oleman I glad he didn't died after eatting it. But then I could of added it to the label. Kills with one taste. :eek: :eek: HMMMMM????
Now got to fine a little Ole Man. Hey!!!!! Peter Pan WASSUP?????? :p :p I would try the Redskin but he is not that little but plenty old enough. :eek: :p :D
