This knife has been reviewed here before and everything Danbo said is true. This is one of the best factory slip joints you are going to find. I've been carrying it for almost aweek now, and couldn't be happier with it. Even though the tang sticks up a little when closed, it has no excessively sharp corners to wear a whole in your pocket. It has found a solid place in my rotation.

There hasn't been a day yet this year that the City Knife hasn't been in my pocket. It is truly a superb slipjoint. The design is simply a work of art; and a very functional work of art at that.

Wow, my opinion was its F & F wasn't that nice and it was overpriced by $30 to $40.

Dave, maybe you got a lemon....it happens.

Danbo and Buzzbait...It was because of the two of you that I didn't write the City Knife off because of the tang "thing". Guesss I should keep a more open mind.

Has anyone else ever notice that it's the simpler designs that seem to work the best?

I think Dave is definitely the outlier when it come to opinions on this blade. I got my at a B&M for $80, no way is that too expensive for an integral bolstered, hand made slipjoint with a custom steel. His fit and finish may have been off, but mine was almost perfect...plus Dave didn't send it back and AGR would have taken care of him if he was truly unsatisfied.
