I accidentally crushed my Lynch NW titanium pocket clip (just a lil), and emailed Casey about sending it back for repair. Without asking any questions he just offered to send me a replacement. It came a week later with a nice note from him. Best customer service I've ever experienced, and I don't imagine he's making large margins on $20 titanium pocket clips, so I am seriously impressed.
