Here is one I found stuck back in one of dark corner of the knife vault. A little one by Lynn Griffith. Some of you BFC old timers may remember him.:D

He kind of disappeared from the scene back in '02 or so I think. You are right about the knife though, OP. This one rested on the table by my easy chair for a long time and I used it often. I always liked it.

I have three of his knives. A SuperCop, one of his prototypes and one of the two Trackers he made with BG-42 that he made.

I don't know the whole story, but he made some people argry somehow. I couldn't sell these to anyone because they have his name on them. I first met him at the 2000 Blade Show in Atlanta.

No need to bring up old disagreements though.

He still has a website, but I don't know how up to date it is.

That's a nice little knife. It is the Cadet model.

That is a blast from the past. I have one of Tim Herman's answers to Lynn Griffith's Patrolman...The Buttrollman :)

I've got a picture here of one of his serrated blades...I should see if I can find it..

How many others have come and gone like LG?

I remember when he got his write up in TacKnives.

Hey Ebb..

That was his undoing.....

From there his head got all inflated...

I got kicked from his forum and bitchslapped on email for asking him why he made sheaths with eyelets on both sides....

I don't feel sorry for the little prick...

Sorry for the Threadjack..

I ran into problems with him, too. But, then again, who haven't I run into problems with at some point or another?! ;) I can't remember how it all started, but somehow there was some big hubbub and one of his acolytes sent me a bunch of Lynn's knives to show me how great they were, with the promise that I would photograph and review the aesthetics of each knife. I think Lynn refused to send a sample, so this guy offered, saying they were all in pristine, as new condition, etc. All the blades were warped, I can remember. I'm not sure what other problems I found, but the conclusion was "why are you charging $250 for a small knife with a badly warped blade?" and then the S hit the proverbial fan. There are probably some fun old threads to read through about this subject, actually.
