Seen a program the other night for Yankee (sweet type) BBQ sauce .
Add 1 tsp of instance coffee. Worked great . Add a new rich taste. Happy M day.

Hey guys, try adding cinnamon and a real hot sauce to any good bottled hickory flavored sauce, man is it good!

Been using coffee for years in roasts, chicken, etc, for years. It was a secret I learned from grandma. It will be in my cookbook!

the real secret is a big gulp of single malt scotch while youre cooking it....no gator meat please!!!!!!!!!!

The contest is over as far as I'm concerned and Tom Mayo's BBQ single malt sauce is the winner. The man can cook!!!

Hey this is a knifemaking forum, not a cooking forum!!! Ha ha, just kidding.

Being a bodybuilder I have to eat about 3lb. of chicken and 3lb. of red meat a day. Any help in making it taste better is more than welcome in my opinion!

For an out of the bottle marinade...all the "Stubb's" products are really good.

Nick,
I would try Science Diet. My lab, since his last annual vet visit a couple of weeks ago, weighs in at 130 pounds! Oh, he gets 6 scoops of the dry stuff and one can.
I don't know which is more impressive, his ability to retrieve or to just eat. By the way, he's not fat at all, just really bulked up

HA HA!!!

Mr. Wilkins, I'll have to try that. It would probably be cheaper than all that food, plus it sounds to be pretty effective.

Now the taste....hmm.

Eating, lifting, and grinding blades,

Been there done that. Weight training food gets boring as hell. Just a fat old guy now hehehhe. Watch your shoulders . Training takes a toll on them when you get old.
OUCH..
Make some chicken jerky. :]
Smoke it (not in a pipe) .
