If anyone is interested... just finished an interesting commissioned knife. The enthusiast behind this is a great customer and has purchased some of our other knives previously. He really knows his stuff. Anyway, he created this basic blade profile design on a piece of paper and had a few other makers create their version of it. We were tickled when he asked me to make one for him. We did so out of CPM154, 416 bolsters and fossil mammoth tooth. It will be shipped out tuesday and I hope he will enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed making it. Always good to have a fun project knife like this!

Also, we just created a video on how we make our custom knives and this one makes a brief cameo appearance. If you are interested (or bored) the link is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDi6Hp1QI9s

Cheers,

I had a chance to handle one of your fine knives, and make a sheath for it. In fact I just mailed it back to our mutual customer today. I must say you turn out truly high quality knives based on my hands on experience. Had I known about this thread in advance, I would have photographed the knife outside the sheath but I bet you recognize even that short piece of the Mammoth Tooth handle exposed.
