M STANLEY M info

Hey guys, I know it's a contested topic but any more info out there on a Stanley double bit, appears to have the original handle, picked it up for 20$ at a tag sale. 1980s?

Mann-made, maybe 80's or 90's.

All info i have gotten while looking up Mann axes (true americans are amazing) anything with a stanley stamp with a M is made by Mann, as for time frame, i cant say but A17 nailed it
