Hey folks,
I'm on the lookout for a nice medium-size fixed blade and found the M2 on the Lionsteel site and I like it a lot.
The knife has gotten some great reviews in the german knife community too, but so far I've read almost nothing about this knife here on BF.

Only thing that frequently turned up as a negative point was the nylon sheath for the G10 version.
The leather sheath that comes with the wood handled version is supposedly VERY nicely made.

So before I order this knife, I'd like to know if the sheath has been improved or if I could order the knife without a sheath for a lower price ?
And, anyone who has this knife, please share your opinions !
 
So no one knows anything about this knife ?
Really sad, I really want to buy one, but I'd rather have the leather sheath
Sent the Lionsteel customer service an E-Mail about a week ago too, no answer yet :grumpy:
Anyone know how long it usually takes to get an answer from them ?
 
You can have the leather sheath also for the G10 version, the price is the same. Write your request when you make the order.
 
now the m3 is a very nice knife to i think its better balanced with longer blade
