There were lots of great entries. Well, that's not entirely true. The few entries that were there were all pretty awesome, but in the end Darrel and I thought crimson's entry was the most captivating. The way we pick winners like that is actually done in private. It's only after all of us have picked our winners that we compare them with each other. It just so happens that all 3 of us usually think alike and pick the same winner as a result. If that isn't the case, then there's usually the same person that pops up for 2nd place or whatever. Then we pick the name that pops up the most frequently. There wasn't a 2nd or 3rd place winner for the m390 giveaway, but we still usually pick at least a couple names to compare between us. Crimson's was number 1 for both lists. Dirk was late, so we tossed out his vote. Sorry Dirk.
EDIT: Still working on details for the AXD contest. Will try to have that one up by the end of next week at the latest. No promises.
EDIT 2: I realized something after having run these contests for Darrel for several months now. I really do wish each one of you could get something. I feel like we're a close knit group of folks down here. It does kinda suck (actually it really does suck) for me that we have to pick one winner for the main contest prizes. But I do take solace in the fact that we run contests back to back, and in some cases the prizes get way over the top. So yea, just keep entering them. Who knows? You may win something.
