Got one from GP . Missed the Red20cv when it dropped , I like the brown though. Hope they make another textured Cruwear or 4v in the future .

I was at work all day and not seeing any in stock. Any BF dealers have some left?
 
Delivered! I thought it looked like the S35vn brown. It is, And that's a good thing.

I ve been carrying my new Manix2 with m390 steel the last few days. I really like the feel of this knife with the skeletonized liners. When comparing this with my old g10 Manix2 with full liners, you can really appreciate the weight difference. This m390 Manix2 feels like it is very strong in a slim, lightweight package. This knife compares favorably with my PM2 in 20cv steel. And I like it better than the Griptilian with g10 and a 20cv blade, which I was thinking about getting.
I like my lightweight brown handled Manix2 with xhp steel. But this knife feels sturdier and carries easily. The ergos are great. It compares favorably with my Amercan Lawman.
This knife might be the best bargain in the Spyderco lineup currently.

Really like the manix 2 and what a combo at a bargain!!

I just saw the m390 Manix yesterday. Thinking hard about ordering one tomorrow. Is this the best of the current offering Manix 2s? I dont have anything in M390 or a compression lock Spyderco. This kinda scratches both itches for me. Is it worth ordering this now or do I wait to see what lies ahead on black friday/cyber monday?
 
Mine should be here today and can’t wait! I’ve had the LW before and loved it but since then I’ve acquired a taste for beefier knives like my shaman :thumbsup:

Perhaps the best of the CURRENT Manix 2 given the price point and the materials (for comparison, the upcoming Benchmade Bugout with basically the same materials is $60 more). There were previously many limited runs of Manix 2 with great steels as well (M4, 20CV, Cru-wear, etc.).

Since it’s a dealer exclusive and it’ll be spotty when and how many show up at different dealers. I think you should get one when you can. I was fortunate DLT had a few and I also had some DLT bonus bucks on top of the great deal.
Couldn’t pass up that blade steel on a stellar imo foundation.

They seem to be trickling out here and there to different dealers.
Evidently it’s a dealer exclusive but not exclusive to one dealer :confused:
I’ve seen it happen before with other Spydies but once this one is gone don’t think you’ll see anymore and what a bargain!
Mine is waiting for me at home can’t wait to check it out and give my crucarta Shaman a rest :D
