Does anyone have an educated guess as to how many m390 PM2s were made available this time around? I would think they might be close to being sold out. I may have to grab one before that happens.

Well I'll sure be picking aluminum cans this weekend :rolleyes: Because my M390 C-36 Military has been my very best EDC folder I've owned to date.

I like the Millie a bit better than I do the Para but a unit with M390 puts a whole new perspective on it. By the way pardon my ignorance but what does BBS stand for. I usually get most of my stuff through New Graham but I'll sure check these guys out. thanks for the tip
 
It is an exclusive. Another outlet could commission a m390 pm2 but would have to have different handle materials or color, like the blade hq g10 m4 pm2 and kifeworks cf m4 pm2
 
I wondered the same thing myself. The last few PM2 sprints have been what, a minimum of 1200 pieces or so? I'm sure BBS is pricing their PM2 relatively high compared to the last few that have come out, except the m4 cf. So if one were to work a deal for a run of 1200 knives at say minimum $100 ea, then you're looking at $120,000 investment. My guess is that's the reason there aren't more exclusives. That's a lot of coin to have tied up. PM2s fly off the shelves but they have to be priced right. The m390 is definitely on the high side.
 
Bentoboxshop have some cool exclusives and hard to find spydies and they send your order out quickly but they aren't cheap and neither is shipping from them.
 
Bento charges more than many others do. However, the silver lining is that their exclusives remain available to buy new for a reasonable length of time. They don't all get snarfed up by speculators, intent on reselling for a profit on the secondary market.

My M390 PM2 has been a wonderful work knife ever since I got it in the original run of them. I'm happy that a person can buy a new one today.
